Cave of the Winds would like to start your Geo|Venture with us before you ever arrive! We have prepared a brief and informative audio tour that you can download for free and play on your IPOD or car CD player on your way to Cave of the Winds from I-25 and Hwy 24. Following the directions given in the audio tour you will be directed to the cave by the quickest route through the city. The audio tour lasts approximately 15 minutes and will introduce you and your family to geological facts that will help you understand how the geology you will see while driving to the cave was created, along with some fun facts about the region and some of its early settlers.
